Landon was able to attend his first Hawks game when he was 2 months old! He has been a die-hard fan ever since! Last hockey season Landon really enjoyed sitting with us to watch hockey games on TV. He knew when a goal was scored and he would yell "GOAL!" He would wait for the Horn, and his Song and then he would start to dance. Unfortunately, there have been no NHL hockey games this season due to the lockout and our little man is having a hard time with this. Luckily I was able to find a few re-aired games on Comcast and NHL channel that I could DVR and let Landon watch. This has been great! He has been asking "Hawks, Hawks!" and we oblige by turning on a DVR game and letting him watch. I now have all 3 games memorized and know exactly when a goal is scored. Every time the Hawks score Landon yells "GOAL! HAWKS!" and then he dances’ away to Chelsea Dagger.
We tried taking Landon to a Chicago Wolves game back in October and he knew that they were not the Hawks and this was NOT the hockey he was use to. Poor kid just wants to go back to the Madhouse on Madison and cheer on his beloved Hawks this season!
