Quinn had her 6 month review through EI this past Friday. All of her therapist came to share and update the team on Quinn's progress. Our little peanut is starting to make some great gains and catch up to her developmental milestones. She still has some areas where she is 3-5 months behind but she is progressing everyday and really picking new skills up. Her therapist are so proud of all the progress she has made and look forward to working with her for another 6 months.
Quinn will continue to receive weekly Speech and OT and monthly DT and Nutrition consult. We are proud that she is chewing and completely swallowing new foods weekly. We have made the BIG transition to SIPPY CUPS for her Elecare. NO MORE BOTTLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not be more excited and proud about this skill!!! She is walking all over the place and attempting more sounds and words every day. It would be awesome if this little peanut could weigh in at 20lbs next Friday at her weight check!! Then we could safely turn her car seat around and she can enjoy a whole new view!
It is amazing to see all the progress she has made and also watching her personality bloom and grow. Lord help us when she is able to use full sentences to tell us how she really feels!
