Landon Joseph I CANNOT believe you are 4 today!  I still remember every detail of the day you were born.  The parts I forget about Nana and Dada are able to remind me.  Your delivery was not ideal but I am grateful everyday you arrived safe and sound.  You make me smile daily and you steal my heart even more!  You have been through so much in just 4 years and you never give up!  You are a happy, spunky, determined, loving, and a caring little boy!  You have an amazing memory and are learning new things daily.  You are a sponge and you soak everything in.  I know every mama says this about their kiddos but you are SO SMART!  The things you know amaze me!  You have come a long way in talking in just the past year it is truly amazing!  Anyone that works with you always compliments us on what a wonderful young man you are!  Your therapist and teachers adore you, and that melts my heart! 
 

As a mother I have learned a lot from my son.  He has taught me to be more understanding, more patient, more accepting of others.  Even though I may repeat myself 100 times I know that at some point he will get what I am trying to say to him.  I know he listens but I also know it may take him a few more times to process what I am telling him.  He truly is a great kid and has a lot to offer this world.  He made need more time, more help, or more guidance but in the end he will succeed!  I look forward to watching him grow and develop in this next year.
